Executive Board Meeting 2/5/2023

HOA Board Meeting February 5, 2023 4:00pm

In Attendance: Bob Stechert Karen Conrad Carla Crippin Ed Kozak Kelly Crippin

The meeting was called to discuss the proposal from Nick & Lucy Orros to pay 50% to their accrued legal fees. Mr. Orros contends, “This is what was invested on our end (with good intentions) to raise awareness, create urgency and prescribe corrective efforts to ensure CCIOA compliance”. The total presented was $4760, which they are seeking half, totaling $2380. After discussion, Ed Kozak questioned if Mr. Orros was asked to seek legal counsel by the board for assistance or was the board notified he has retained counsel to assist the HOA Board. Both questions were answered as No. Ed made a motion to decline settlement to the Orros’, 2nd by Bob. Vote taken, unanimous 5-0, no settlement.
